Lots of yarn... and some updates

What a day what a day! This was quite the fun day, I must say.

It all started this morning when Yes, picked me up so we could drop off info and fliers for WWKIP day. We were touring around the HRM to drop off fliers to all the yarn stores and a couple local shops. This meant that our first stop was Tangled Skeins in Dartmouth. They just happened (we had no idea I swear! hee hee) to have a sale! So I ended up leaving with a couple goodies...

This is Brown Sheep Shepherd's Shades in Thunderstorm it will be Wisteria... It was 50% off!!

This is Norway Dale Garn Baby Ull, it will be something for baby... such cute colours 50% off!!

The black yarn is Chaleur Alpaca yarn... soo soft, The White is O-wool Classic 2 Ply organic merino, and the brown is... well it didn't come with a tag and I forgot, but it's soft! They will all be Baby Panda by Perl Grey.

Then some more Hacho followed me home... different colourway, still not sure what it will be, maybe another pair of socks?

Oh and here is a little update on my very first pair of socks, also in the Hacho yarn. They are so cute and itty bitty!

They are in the Journey Cable sock pattern. I really enjoyed it and would like to do it again in a me size...

While I'm updating I should also mention I am doing Clapotis in Arequipa. It is beautiful yarn!

There we go, updates are done. So, more about my day. After a nice morning with Yes and a short day at work ( I wasn't feeling well) I came home to my WWKIP Cafe Press order!

It's so exciting, that is our logo on a T-shirt!!!

Bad pic of it on me...

Blatant boob pic of the logo. I am so proud to wear it!

So that was great to come home to! I didn't expect it until next week! Who would have thought, the postal system was faster than expected...

So after modeling my shirt and proudly showing it off for a while. Dave and I had to head out for supper, take Maya for a walk (pics on a later post) and go to the book store... Where I got these...

That's right. I am pregnant. Hence all the baby knits...

So all in all, even though I wasn't feeling the greatest an amazing day! I wonder what tomorrow will bring....

Nice haul!

I'm remembering a conversation at KOL the other night: YOU are really photogenic, Berk. And pretty, which helps.

(I like to give out compliments when they are due, even though I sound creepy. Oh, and you're boobs look huge in the second last picture. I almost lost an eye.)

ooh, look! I think I've seen those safety pins before. Glad they're working for you.

And at the risk of sounding frat-boy, nice rack.
