What a beautiful weekend that was! It was so nice to be able to go outside without a sweater! I was even wearing a skirt on Sunday, a skirt! Ah, sun, how I missed you.
I had a wonderful weekend, it was well anticipated and was worth the wait. I spent the whole time outside, soaking up the rays and working. We cleaned the front yard and the inside of the car. Both were well overdue. Now our yard does not look like a leaf pile and the car is not full of fuzzies and hair. Next weekend we have to do the back yard, hopefully it is nice out again!
Maya was so cute sitting there in the garden, watching Dave and I working. She would just lay there all comfortable on my plants or in the mud with the most regal look on her face. The sun was shining off her black coat. I should have taken a picture but we were too busy.
I also had a doggie date with Happy. She was looking after a pup for the week so Maya and I went over to visit. Maya had a great time running around the yard being chased by him, I had a nice time relaxing in the sun. I even got a little red! A real sign of spring!
Ah, what a nice recharging weekend!
